Do I need a referral to see an osteopath?

No referral is required to book an appointment with Dr Brad Corbett.

Are private health rebates available?
Yes, private health rebates are available depending on your level of cover. Each clinic has HICAPS for automatic processing.
What does osteopathic treatment involve?

Treatment may include hands-on osteopathic care, movement-based rehabilitation and practical guidance tailored to your individual needs. 

Can osteopathy help with pain and movement issues?

Osteopathic care may support back and neck pain, headaches, postural strain, sports injuries, pregnancy-related discomfort and movement restrictions. 

What should I wear to my appointment?

Comfortable clothing that allows easy movement is recommended where possible. Most treatments can occur fully clothed. If dry needling is performed, the area being treated will need to be exposed. Your comfort, consent and modesty will be respected at all times. 

How long is an osteopathy appointment?

Initial appointments are 1 hour, allowing time for discussion, assessment and treatment. Follow-up appointments are tailored to your individual needs and range from 30 to 45 minutes depending on the clinic location. Please see the individual clinic booking links for appointment times.
