I’m an osteopath with over 20 years of experience across osteopathy, sports coaching, rehabilitation, personal training and holistic health.

 

My approach to supporting your health looks beyond treatment alone. I see osteopathy as one part of a bigger picture—health isn’t just something that comes from treatment or medication (though these can be important when needed), it’s also shaped by the way your body moves, functions and is supported day to day.

A Whole-Body Approach

Rather than focusing only on where pain is felt, I take the time to understand how your body is functioning as a whole.

Your movement patterns, posture, lifestyle and previous injuries all play a role in how your body feels and performs. By looking at the bigger picture, treatment can be more targeted, effective and supportive of long-term change.

How I Work 

Each consultation begins with a thorough assessment to understand what may be contributing to your pain or restriction. 

Treatment is always tailored to your individual needs and may include 

  • Soft tissue massage

  • Gentle joint mobilisation

  • Stretching techniques

  • Muscle energy techniques

  • Dry needling (where appropriate)

  • Functional movement support

 

 The aim is not only to help reduce pain, but to improve movement, restore balance and support your body’s natural ability to heal.
